Important: This version of Elive is NOT a usable version, please read below


These are the development versions of Elive, they are most of the time unstable and not usable for daily use. Please use a stable release instead if you want a GOOD Elive. These (unstable) versions are intended for testers and collaborators.

The actual state of this development version of Elive is:

  • Stability: More than unstable, we can call it not usable, we are switching to debian testing and there is a lot of testing needed before it will be usable on a daily basis.
  • Menus: They not are ready, you can't have the applications easily accessible right now
  • E17: Is updated and semi-configured, but not fully integrated for Elive. You can have things on Elpanel that don't work and so on.
  • Look'n'Feel: The look of this version is not customized, and the night look is removed from the system temporarily because we are switching to a better system for managing looks (w00t!)
