Like you may know, Elive in the past has used its Elive repository at the same time as the Debian one, actually Elive uses its own Debian repository, it is just a snapshot of the original Debian one, the reason of that is because on this way, the users will not experience anymore surprises like updates that will change things on its Elive system, now the idea is that if the user upgrade the system, all the packages that will need Elive changes will have it.

Im going to remove the subdomain repository.elive-systems.com and debian.elive-systems.com, so if you are using it, please change it to us.repository.elive-systems.com and us.debian.elive-systems.com, also, my friend ikevin has just finished to set up the big repository mirror for Europe, using the very powered icedslash servers, so if you are in europe, you will use europe.repository.elive-systems.com and europe.debian.elive-systems.com instead the US ones for a faster re
